After graduating, she joined the renowned fashion brand David Bitton Buffalo, where she gained invaluable experience in the industry.

Driven by her ambition and desire for new challenges, Josie transitioned into the real estate and construction sectors, where she played various sales and interior design roles. Her ability to understand clients' needs and create captivating spaces earned her a stellar reputation in the industry.

However, Josie's entrepreneurial spirit couldn't be contained within a single field. She embarked on a new venture, starting multiple businesses that showcase her versatility and business acumen. As the owner of five Buzzfit gym franchises, she has successfully tapped into the booming fitness industry, providing top-notch fitness facilities and helping people achieve their health goals.

In addition to her success in the fitness industry, Josie has also been the proud owner of Funtropolis and Jungle adventures, two thriving entertainment centers that cater to families and children which she was able to exit successfully to pursue new endeavors.

Max Gravel is a seasoned professional with a remarkable breadth of experience across various industries. With 19 years in the financial sector, 8 years in leadership positions, and 9 years as an entrepreneur, Max's career journey exemplifies both depth and diversity.

Known for his insatiable appetite for knowledge and unwavering commitment to excellence, Max lives by the Latin saying "Nulla tenaci invia est via" - For the tenacious, no road is impassable. His determination and perseverance have been the driving force behind his impressive accomplishments.

Max's career began humbly, starting in the mailroom of a prominent bank. Through his dedication and hard work, he quickly climbed the corporate ladder, ultimately becoming a direct report to the president of a cutting-edge digital trading platform. In his role as the head of business strategy initiatives, Max demonstrated his strategic acumen and visionary thinking.

In pursuit of personal and professional growth, Max completed his Executive MBA at the esteemed John Molson School of Business, further enriching his skill set and expanding his business knowledge.
